#1 Exactly what battery of guns was attacked at Berecourt Manor? In the book, Winters is quoted as saying it was 6th Battery 90th Artillery Regiment, which I cannot find in the German 7th Army orbat. Is it 6./A 191 or possibly the artillery battery of AOK 7 Sturm Regiment deployed SE of St Mere Eglise in support of 6 FJ Regt

#2 I have seen two variations of their route. Did E Company 506th advance from the East or South into the town of Carentan?

#3 Exactly where did theyr defensive action against the Tanks/ sturmgeschtz take place?

#3. WSW along the Douville road if I recall correctly.
