    In this case "Opening Poster". It's good form to explain the provenance of the material we post.

    If one post the entire text of a document one doesn't own then there is the possibility of legal issue via copyright infringement. If the text is in the public domain then it's ok otherwise lacking permission it's a "bad thing" and can ultimately get the poster as well as the web site it's posted on in trouble. It's also usually a good idea to clearly identify where something comes from so others can check it out. There may be additional info on it that they can find and it allows them to make sure there wasn't any doctoring of the material.
