    And I always liked 'The only sequel to surpass the original' as a WW2 description.

    We could have an 'everyone forgets this' thread, but it'd just be long lists of "I bloody haven't!".

    Having graded hundreds of test papers for Purdue's WWII class I can say that Urban Dictionary was the better read.

    I do so enjoy being told what "everybody", including me apparently, has forgotten about history. Here's a hint for hipsters everywhere - I'm not responsible for your ignorance and lack of interest in anything other than clothes and grooming your hair and beard.

    Ahhh the Urban Dictionary.

    That site isn't designed to convey truth. Its articles are designed to do two things: appeal to hipster sensibilities and also generate get-off-my-lawn responses from all others. Looks like they succeeded here.

    I do enjoy the author of the article: Norman D. Landings is a great pen name for satirical WWII topics.
