General Orders link

I had favorited a link to General Orders that listed each theaters's units that qualified for a campaign medal. It no longer works. Someone had posted it here. Does anyone have a working link? It listed them all, but I am most interested in the Asiatic Pacific for India-Burma. I need to go over the units again. Also, is there a reference book that lists them all? That would be helpful as well. Thanks!

I've used the file (download-able) at this link for a number of years. Units are listed by number and it includes DUC/MUC awards.
