I posted a picture of a plate of Spam Hickory Smoke and scrabbled eggs in the WW2 Recipes thread and thought to myself, Hey Self this would make good Bachelor recipe.

    Spam Hickory Smoke; Recipe

Slice & Dice SHS, put in skillet medium heat until browned
Keep from burning. Stirring constantly suggested
Add scrabbled egg mixture. Keep stirring, flipping, separating until Scrabbled.
    Pour on plate
Add Toast to side for aesthetic appeal

    Spam steaks on a stick!

This is actually pretty good. If you want to go gourmet with it, thin fry the spam steaks first, then dip the spam steaks on a stick into your condiment of choice. Mustard, ketchup, mayo, bbq sauce, A1 Steak Sauce, the sky is the limit. To kick it up a notch, apply Tabasco Sauce liberally. Ummmmm goooooood.

    ha ha haa.
    amazing spam never stops amazing.
    kudos.
ive been on a rice wrap diet ( no gluten) for a while.
can use as a base for pizza, also as a wrap. fast and easy.
    1 rice flatbread
spread pizza sauce ( i like 4 cheese or sweet basil).
then some meat / ive had a lot of ground pork lately.
break up some processed cheese slices and apply. this gives a creamy velvita taste.
    then shredded old cheddar.
cut up onion and put on top.
    lots if pepper. salt.
cook low and slow. 300 for 45-60 min.
long cook time hardens the ingredients.

This is a great recipe and easy to prepare. It's one of my Mom's favs, she cooked it the other day at the house when I was up there working in the yard. If crawfish are unavailable in your area, substitute shrimp and or crab. Even that imitation crab meat will work. I reckon lobster will work too, but that might get expensive for those outside of New England. Mom went with 2 ibs of shrimp. Give it a try and let me know how it works out.
