    Hi! Im looking for some advice on the value of this Heer M42 NS66 helmet. The seller is asking for 850€ which seems kinda steep for condition of the decal. Any help would be greatly apriciated! Its a Ns66 D342

    Us prices for helmets are nearly 2,000 dollars in net sites. Thank. You. I would not pay over 350 euros but I want COA. Still.

    You can look for sites interested in militaria. They can help you better. We concentrate on battles. Cheers kph

    That is true. I once almost bought a helmet but the number was for 1944. You can try the net for numbers.

    I've just noticed that you already included the lot number in your first post. :oops:

    According to the lot number database (created by Schwerpunkt73) the helmets made by Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke AG (NS) and having the lot number D342 were single decal Luftwaffe helmets.
