I don't know? Whispering Death and this shot with flatulence seems to fit perfectly.

Correction, "that almost got Qaddafi". Reagan tried to get Gaddafi, but Italian Prime Minister Bettino Craxi warned him, and he managed to escape (along with his family) moments before the strike hit. I personally think his actual death was more appropriate for the cur dog he was. Shot, beaten and sodomized by a bayonet after he was found hiding in a garbage filled drainage pipe by his own people.

Most of these are concept aircraft...Like concept cars you almost never see them come to fruition. And like concept cars, they are more about developing and testing technologies attached to the design.

Yeah that was in the article

Hopefully the full size testbed prototype will transform into a full fledged aircraft.

That photo was taken about 2013, when the X-48C completed it's flight tests.

    So, don't hold your breath.

The only recent bits about it I have seen, is some "fluff" pieces about it being a "Green airliner".
Well, only if they redo the seating. Boeing or McDonnell-Douglas(originator of the Blended Wing idea before Boeing bought them out) tried it using a semi-ampitheater seating, and it was rated so poorly by "test" passengers, that the airliner idea was dropped.
