US divisional casualties?

    I've found if I download large pictures rather than copy and paste you can then click on "upload file".
    It sometimes takes a while to show on the page but that may be my slow speed internet.

    I was saving it in google docs to see if I could resize it , but haven’t figured that out
    Anyway I’ll check back later for any ideas

    Were you able to view my post of the enlistment/separation paper ??
    ….and yes OpanaPointer i believe he was deep in it - - from what I’ve read of this War .

    Almost certainly he was Hawaiian Field Artillery from start to finish. The key is that his unit at discharge was listed as the 90th FA but they actually remained in the Philippines through the end of the war. He returned to the US and was discharged before the end of the war. Note however when he went to Hawaii as a FA recruit it was not as part of the 90th Field Artillery Battalion, which was not activated until it was assigned to the 25th Infantry Division on 26 August 1941. Before that it was a Regular Army Inactive unit based at Chicago that was manned by and conducted summer training of Organized Reservists in Wisconsin 1934-1941.
