    If we're talking logistics, I'll throw the DRB Class 52 Kriegslokomotive as best wartime loco

    About the only area the Germans managed to use mass-production effectively was railway engines

    Especially when you consider one took on a German raider and it's supply ship sinking the former and damaging the latter.

    Serious efforts made to get the design as developed as possible.
