Japanese Izumo class cruiser

A Japanese Izumo class cruiser. Text on top left seems to imply a 1918-1921 time range for date of capture. Both ships of the class (Izumo & Iwate) served during the Russo-Japanese War, WWI, and WWII. From my personal collection.
