    the current series on the History Channel on the History of Russia--the Tsars?

    I( watched the first one lastnight and it was most excellent.

    of course not, I have been watching it also
    only 30 minutes until part 2 starts

    Its amazing just how much Peter did for Russia.

    I don't have cable but I just saw one episode and thought it was really great. I think that the history channel is about the one and only thing I miss about TV.

    If only the H channel had been around when I was a kid. The H channel has done an excellent job on this series, I never knew what a stud Peter the great was. :cool:

    Part two was just as good as part one. They are already having it up for sale for I think $39.99. What i don't know since I no longer buy TV guides is, is this just a two part series or is it a week long series?

    At any rate--I guess i'll find out tonight. :D

    I'm with Mike--had THC been available when I was much younger......
