Exhausting opera tour... no time to visit any battlefield, museum, shop or book-shop... But I have to make a living! See you in two weeks, I hope!
You really have to talk to your boss about this problem Friedrich... Anyways, maybe later we can talk of Winter war, yes??
Be back soon! I wish you success, and may the public go home with sour hands from so much clapping! (chinese saying)
Hope you have a voice left, Fried! And I am sure Omar takes care of your credit card when you are gone...
Just be sure not to miss the Canadian Warplane Heritage, Friedrich .... PS : Good luck with the tour !

Geeze Friedrich, I wish you'd have told me sooner...if you were anywhere around here I'd make an effort to come watch you...lol. Anywho's, hope all goes well and that you have a safe trip! DUCE
I'm back! Have not slept in ten days and actually had three hours of spare time to act like a tourist there... Too many concerts and performances to count... Now, the good thing of this work is that after a tour like that there's enough money for living without working for six months! Chicago and Detroit. It's my mother... (a Mediterranean-style mother) Just let me read the book first! Thanks a lot, Za! Better for them to clap! The least you can do for someone who sings for three hours in a row in falsetto (OUCH!) is clapping! Not after three hours... (ask Christa!) Yes, he did. I sent him to book shops with a huge list and the American Express. Of course he sneaked out to some Gothic caffés and Record Shops... In case I accidentaly missed it... are you going to hit me? Ooops! I'm so sorry, Ducetta. I completely forgot about you. I'd love having met you... But where exactly do you live? I went to Toronto and Vancouver and Canada happens to be a little big... Thanks all, anyway! Now, back to WWII!
Hey, Good to see you back, Fried! Two weeks flew by! Great that the tour was such a big succes! When is the European tour coming up???? Sounds like my kind a job; work for two weeks, not working for 6 months...I could do with that! Check out the forums, there is a lot of catching up to do. We are faced with some possible 'defections' to another forum which we have to quell( ) and have two members now in a warzone; V-slav in Iraq and Steve in Afganistan! So, it is good to have you back in one piece! Oh, and how many books did you get this time???
Thanks for the comment, Stevin! We should definately re-start contact by MSN or PM... I don't know. But I'm looking forward to it. It would have to be Lisbon —to meet Miguel—, Madrid, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam —to meet you and Richard—, London —to meet Martin, 9 and Gordon—, Berlin, Helsinki —to meet Kai! But I hope it won't be two weeks long! Actually I'm being foolish here... since I still have the History teacher job —until June, since I'm dropping it then— and have many local opera-tours and concerts and rehearsals five times times a week... Remember that this is the real world and there's no easy way of making money! Mrrr... Ehem... Kind of... sort of... like... ehem... forty...
Are you kidding me?! You know the size of History books... 40 of them. Carrying them in such a rush trip like the one I had...
Freddie, Good to see you back chum! Hope this European leg gets going, might all get a chance to meet up. Regards, Gordon
Glad to 'see' you, Gordon! I've seen you've been quite busy these last two weeks, mud-fighting with m kenny...
