Hello From Bagram Afghanistan

    Hello to everyone, Its been about a year since I was able to log on. Things are going fine here. I have been working in the prison here and have handled more than my share of terrorists. My unit is due to rotate out in March so I should be home soon. How is everyone doing? There arent any other WWII buffs with my unit so I dont get to talk about it much.

    Thanks for posting the pics, Steve...forgive my ignorance about modern weapons systems - but what is the Hummer carrying in the second photo ? :confused:

    Thats an Avenger Missle system. They are awesome. They were designed as anti-tank weapons but over hear they get used against any insurgents who are dumb enough to attack them.

    We dont have any enemy tanks or aircraft so we use them on people. :eek: :D
