    Ocean. The Beaches in Cornwall (On the Atlantic) are much better then the ones in Blackpool (Irish Sea).

    But the good thing about a blow to the belt, if you have a high pain threshold, you can take it. (Or maybe give a little squint when the enemy's back is turned, or go home, bend double, and collapse and become short of breath, which, strangely, is what happend to me a while back...)
