    This vehicle is often described as the Char SEAM (SEAM standing for Société d'Études et d'Applications Mécaniques)but the proper designation is Char G1 P (Prince Poniatowski). It was one of several runners for the G1 (replacement for the D2)

    The answer is , Panzerspahwagen Schildrote, which was an experimental amphibious armoured car,

    I'm thinking on the lines of a 'Grosstraktor' as it isn't the 'Leichtraktor' there were several designes for the 'Grosstraktor' by Krupp, Daimler-Benz and Rheinmetall-Borsig. Rulled out the 'Buffalo' prototype, I've seen this pic before, Good post
