Does any one know if the 552nd Field Artillery Battalion was attached to either the 42nd or 45th Infintry Division during the liberation of Dachau? I know it was a part of the 442nd RCT, but i think the 552nd was detached from the 442 during that time and participated in the liberation of Dachau. Thanks.

Silent - A collection of links related to the troops from the 442nd who participated in the liberation of Dachau is posted in an older thread on the Forums: Japanese-American Troops at Dachau.
