    I probably added the Electra myself by association, not sure if that name was used with the xc-35 specifically at all.

    this one probably won't last long - will take me a while again to accumulate a stock of quiz photos;

    It's a Vickers Warwick ASR variant, someone with better knowledge on British bombers could probably tell which one, but I am not that someone.

    @Gebirgsjaeger,
    What is the problem you are having?

    Also, have you tried using the "basic uploader" potion? It is in the lower right-hand corner of the "Add Files" window.

    You got it - ASR Warwick - I didn't have more detail than that either :) your turn

    Ulrich said he was going to ask what the problem is, sounds like he tried most obvious stuff

    The very good colour pic quality together with early monoplane details, like the braced tail surfaces, make me think Hollywood or a restoration.
    Nothing besides the gun mounts looks Japanese, and those would fit a Macchi 200 as well as many others, I would say a contemporary of the Curtiss Hawk but it doesn' ring a bell.

    Well, the mistake is mine, I too thought it was a restoration. But looking deeper into the aircraft's history, there are no surviving examples. It turns out the photo is actually a frame from a very well done CGI mini-movie on the aircraft.

    Here are some photos of the "real" aircraft. Perhaps, some members from a certain eastern European country will recognize it.

    Could that be a MÁVAG Héja?

    Nope, it's a PZL-50 or 50a

    Note the interesting features -- very clean radial engine cowling, blown canopy -- looks baaad, eh?
