I watched this too..its amazing what they get away with considering how censored tv is here.
I actually had copies of season 1 and 2 back in Scotland so any brits be aware you can buy the dvds at virgin or hmv.

One thing i havnt seen discussed and im curious about , what did you guys think when Stewie put on hitlers uniform and said "hmm whats this" and it was a McCain Palin button.

Like i said i was and am staggered at what they get away with even if it is funny sometimes , Meg taking a pack of ballpark dogs into her room saying shes gonna pretend its the LA dodgers or some team..funny but shocking too
Hitler made another appearance on tonights show too...funny stuff

 

The McCain thing was funny. I loved the little homage to duck soup too...

 

I have always loved thier little jabs and stings at other subjects. I especially loved the parody of "Star Wars".

Thanks for those links JC. I watched it yesterday. Hilarious. The RAF bombing sequence was funny, and I loved the police car pile-up behind the sunk U-boat.

I think the holders of the copyright to Family Guy are being very proactive in stopping illegal posting. They are making money from Hulu and other ad-driven on-line outlets so they do not want free copies being posted.
