That's quite a measure of success! Anne Boleyn managed to have her head chopped on 1,000 days and Otto has already managed to evade the axe by three times that! From the Invasion of Poland through to VJ Day the war lasted 2193 days. Otto has managed to put up with this war for a lot more already :lol:
3000 Days? lets see thats 365 in a year..... plus 1 day per leap year....... carry the 3.... add...., oh crap, Congrats Otto. It's a great place to hang out in our free time and you make it better all the time. Keep up the good, and tiring I'm sure, work.

Wow! That's our very first logo for the WW2 Forums! I haven't used that for years! I had no idea that was even in our smilie gallery, I guess that's one of the gifts Peppy left behind for us. Thanks everyone for the kind words, but all I really do is supply the framework, you guys do the hard work supplying all the great content. For the record, 3,000 days is actually a little short of our actual record! I've been running the WWII Forums in some form since late 1999. If we calculate even the days since January 1st, 2000, then we get 3,200+ days. Our 3,000 day calculation is based of a search for the oldest post on this forum right now, which is around September, 2000. Either way, we are approaching 10 years of uninterrupted forum-ism, and it's been a fun ride so far. Thanks to all you Rogues for your quality contributions!
