    Hi,
    I just added to this book from a new photobook that turned up after Louis' passing. There could be more in boxes in the attic and such. WWII in the Pacific; Louis Kemm's War pictures, photos, and videos, from military on webshots All these photos have been photoshopped to varying degrees and I have been experimenting with burns-some came out to look nearly "Colorized". This was not my original intent-which was to repair and tint these WWII photos and make them more accessable to modern audiences.

    These are some great photos. Pic number 07 looks like camp Tarawa in Hawaii.

    Image #13 was taken in Manila, Philippine Islands. It shows the Balintawak Beer Brewery that was operated by the Japanese. Some of the adjacent photos showing destroyed buildings were almost certainty taken in Manila.

    Ob;
    Thanks! Louis did not talk much about the war until his last few years and I am still piecing the story together. What I got loud and clear from all of my late father in law's accounts is a sense of awe about what these young men accomplished.
