Hi there... quite a longshot but Im one of those people whos grand Father (apparently) was a pilot during WW2 and I am looking for any leads on finding more about him. Apologies about the scant info however Im looking to contact somebody from the Royal Canadian Air Force stationed in Yorkshire in 1945 who may have known a lady named Nina Mason (aged about 23 at the time). Im afraid I have nothing else to go on!!

    Thanks,

    John

Hard to say John , there were hundreds of RCAF airmen in Yorkshire in 1945. Do you you if he was a fighter pilot or flying a bomber?

Wow, that is a long shot.

Regardless, I wish you success in locating him. What is his name?
