    1. Hello my name is Casey, I would like to be called Capt. Mast. I was in the US Navy and my last name is Mast. I was always the butt of jokes for having that name and it stuck.
    2. I am 27 yrs old. I have been interested in WWII since I was in middle school. I did a report on the D-Day invasion and have enjoyed movies, books, and traveling the battlefields since then.
    3. I hail from the Midwest part of the United States. I am from Indiana.
    4. I really enjoy studying the European theatre of Operation. Something about the Nazi War Machine fasinates me.
    5. I like to watch WWII films. Like the Current WW2inHD on the History Channel. I also like to play WW2 Video games....
    6. I like ancient history periods like the Roman Empire. The way a person or people could rule the world and spread industry, roads, water, and wealth throughout the land.
    7. I am a disabled veteran from the conflicts of Iraq, Afganistan, and Samalia.

seems to me if you wanted to be called "Capt. Mast" you should have chosen it as your screen name..........I dunno, that's just my opinion. If you made a poor choice I think Jeff aka "slipdigit" can help you change your name.

Hello formerjughead, I just wanted to touch back on your comment about my sn. Yes I did choose it. I had an option to go to OCS school for Navy but I was injuried in Iraq before I could return and do the schooling. I could have been Capt. Mast in the USN if I did not get hit that day. I thank you for your comment and maybe I will change my name but maybe not.

    Welcome Capt. Mast.

Although I am not American I still admire what you guys are doing over in those kind of countries, regardless of what the politicians say or how they spin it. You do a great job serving your country this also goes for any other military member from any country you should all be proud of what you either have done, are doing or are going to do.

    So welcome.

What years were you in Somalia, Iraq and Afghanistan?

What did you do for the Navy in Afghanistan?
