Hello everyone! Found this forum by accident while researching info on WWII French armour. I have searched a few threads and I am impressed by the passion and conviction shown in them. I won't allways agree, but I will have to be sharp to run with this crowd!

    Dude,

    Welcome to the forums.

What would make you want to research French Armor for WWII?

    One man turrets?

    Heavily armored dinosaurs?

I do like the 39H, but sure do dislike the B1-bis. The Germans were able to modified many French AFVs to last through the end of WWII.

    Kevin Keneally,
I started out looking into Pzkw 38t's and found a great deal on German AFV's. It simply progressed from there into other countries. Sadly I have yet to find a good site on French AFV's yet that includes more than a few pics and a stat chart.

Hey man French tanks were strong (except FT-17 and R35), they were just misused.
