Sad to report the CF18 I saw flying around has crashed at the airport. I heard the pilot ejected and has been taken to hospital with undetermined injuries. Pilot attached to 3 Wing Bagotville Que. Hope he's ok. That means no jet flyover this weekend. Not to mention the loss of one of our best planes. We don't have a lot of them. There goes our budget.
I seen that on the news after work. I actually touched a piece of a CF18 that crashed up south of Cold Lake years ago. We had 5 acres up that way and one of the farmers found it in his field after one that crashed nearby. Of course he had to give it back to the military I believe Cheers from Spruce Grove eh!
is that the same as an F/A-18?...never mind heres a link that should work: http://www.cbc.ca/canada/calgary/st...8-airshow-military-plane-alberta.html?ref=rss
