Yes the pilot was very lucky indeed........at least they were going on with the show despite the crash.
That was so last week.....stay current pal. The Canadian Contingent had a link to the site within hours of it happening. You really need to upgrade from the Dial Up....LOL
I have seen a similar one, where the pilot was required to come low to the ground and then do a dump and burn with the afterburners facing towards the ground with the nose pointed skywards, but after the initial burn the engines gave way, and you see the pilots eject out and the plane fall back to the ground. The interesting thing was that it didn't look like anything was wrong until it was too late for the plane.
