Purchased a Pittsburgh shirt, but now hear Paolamoa might have achilles problem. GB might try to hit Ben early, maybe even a personal foul. Thinking GB by 10.
Wish SB was played on a Saturday. Don't people have to work Monday? ...And with the weather, things could be interesting on how attendance effects crowd noise. People will probably not drink as much because they'll have to worry about getting home if streets are icy.
The odds of a riot are less in bad weather.
    Hoping for close game.

I heard some people were injured yesterday when some ice fell off the stadium roof. My prediction, millions in lawsuits against Jerry Jones

Well myself being from Baltimore, care to take a guess who im NOT rooting for?!

What I found interesting is that this is going to be the first superbowl without any cheerl eaders. Turns out neither team has any cause it gets so cold where they are from.

I am sure Jerry Jones offered to rent his to them, and I wonder if the Go-Go dancers will be on struts for the game?

I don't follow those players that are too old to play college ball anymore.

I'm gonna have to go with Green Bay. Hopefully next year my Cowboys will be in it.

Those two teams don't have cheer-leading squads at all Carl. The Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders offered to "stand in", but neither team wants them since they have no connection to either team, and the NFL agreed they would be inappropriate.

The Green Bay Packers had a squad called the the Packerettes, Golden Girls, or the Sideliners, depending on who you talked to, who disbanded back in 1988. In the recent past they have brought in college level cheerleaders to entertain at the home games and they were brought in to perform at past Super Bowl appearances but they were not invited this time.

For a very short time, the Pittsburgh Steelers had their own squad called the “Steelerettes”. They formed back in 1961 but were sacked just eight years later in 1969 by the elder Rooney.

Found this on the NFL network site.

I have to second the shock and dismay at the lack of cheerleaders. I find it a highly unlikely scenario, however will likely weep if it turns out to be true.

Since neither of the teams participating have had cheer leading squads for years, they won't have them now either.

Was hoping the weather would be really miserable, but looks nice there now.
I too hope it is a tight close game with lots of crowd noise. Just watched Terry Bradshaw interview Ben. Those two should just get a room. Love fest- ugh.

I was never much into sports, but I guess I'll just say Pittsburg steelers. Thats what everyone else is going for :)

And with no cheerleaders, I have another excuse not to watch the game.
