Today at 1520 local time a car bomb exploded in the Norwegian capital. The bomb went off in the government area. Around 1800 a person disguised as a policeman started to shoot at people at the convention for the Young Labour Party Camp. The camp is just outside Oslo (One hour drive)

The Norwegian PM has been evacuated, and is unhurt.

I saw that on the AP feed this morning, and was wondering what the latest news was. Didn't know about the fake cop shooting at folks. Here's wishing the best for our Norwegian friends.

I talked to a friend of mine who tells me that 7 people have been executed at Utøya, this information will probably come in the news pretty soon(I live about 20 min away from there).
In Oslo, 7 people are confirmed dead and 15 people are missing.

This seems to be a strike against the leftwingers, The Norwegian Labor Party to be exact. It remains to see who's behind, but I won't be surprised if it is Norwegians getting tired of the lies told by those good-for-nothing-nobodies spending the nations wealth on terrorists, mass murderers and tyrants to buy themselves fat jobs in the UN, WHO, the IROC and other international organizations.

Are the two events tied together or coincidental?

They have found 91 bodies so far, 7 casualties from the bomb explosion in Oslo and 84 from the massacre at the Labor Party's summer camp at Utøya, some 50 kilometres outside Oslo.
It appears to have been an ammonium nitrate bomb like the one used by the Oklahoma bomber, and the suspect is a 32 years old Norwegian named Anders Behring Breivik (see attachment). No other persons are arrested so far.

It is unbelievable that a single person should be responsible for that gruesome action! How could one man kill so much people with a gun? I´m very sad about this and couldn´t understand the reasons from this person to kill so much innocent people! It makes me so angry, that i could....sorry won´t write this word! My respects to the victims and their families.

My heart goes out to the families and friends of the slain. I am surprised he allowed himself to be taken alive, at least this way the authorities may discover what motive was behind his unbelievable actions. Every time I think of this, or read about the growing fatality number, I want to weep. Such a sad thing to happen in the nation of three of my grandparents birth. Usually a peaceful scene comes to my mind when I think of Norway, not this.
