They're "Dragon" models. 1/6th scale figures like GI Joe, in the 60's and 70's. Here's a link to an outlet I buy from in Arizona, I think it is,

nice work but allow a comment, do you think it would of been more fitting to strike out the LW Blue and replace with what is already fitted the tropical pink/tan in completion ?
