I'm talking about this guy here: I've seen so many photos and variations of this. What's the story with this guy? Is is a joke, a crazy interwebs meme, or something serious? Fromthe site here: http://hollywoodprop.com/german.htm, but I've seen them all over.
He's real, in Australia if I remember correctly. Saw the original site. It's all about the uniforms, mostly concerned with the uniforms depicted being authentic. Having the photoshop artist's own face in every work is idiosyncratic, no explanation offered. The only thing I noticed was a justification for this European visage to be in a Japanese uniform. The author claims it was possible that some Caucasians of Axis ethnicity resident in Japan could have been commissioned into the Imperial Army. (I have my doubts.)
