Hi folks. I'm a former USAF officer and amateur historian (among other things), with a particular interest in all things WW2, in which my father fought for 3 years - behind Nazi lines in occupied Europe. I always had a fascination with the Pacific War, and several years ago I decided to do something with it. In 2008 I created the Internet's Battleship Yamato and Musashi Photo Archive, which I have updated many times since. Every single archive photo of Yamato/Musashi that I know of is up on my site, along with historical analysis and other details. Part of the reason I joined here is to share this resource with the membership. Here is the link: http://www.battleshipyamato.com Sincerely, Vlad
Thanks Gentlemen - feel free to forward the links to my website to anyone to whom they might be of interest. Its my own little contribution to the resources available online about the War in the Pacific.
