    Seriously!

You are one lucky dog...That's about 10 minutes away from me and every time I went there, the only items I saw that were World War II...were books, and ones I already had at that.

But, I will admit that it has been awhile since I have been able to go up there, as I have been working when they are open.

Usually, I went to the Wednesday one. Sundays I am usually at work by 5AM, don't get off Sundays very often.

I'm not sure about these, they look like skids to fix on wheels to make a vehicle go over a layer of high snow! They might be for a hand cart, but they might also be civilian!

That looks like a 1943-46 ish map.... Judging by the G.S,G.S (Geological Section,General Staff), Precursor/ incumbent/ affiliate of the Inter Service Topographic Department (ISTD)who mass produced Geologic Survey maps updated with Aerial Photography.....Very neat indeed Sir!!!

Maybe Skipper will show some of his German Wall Paper maps....

It's certainly pre 1945 as it bears the German occupation names. Great condition too.
