I found this in the closet today. What looks like a marching band leader baton. Approx 36" long, made out of wood, painted black, has a metal tip and a white ?plastic? handle, capped on the shaft is stamped Reserve Hat Ruh! Also another small plague on the shaft with quote. A yellow, red, black cord wrapping around the shaft, that has two ribbons, one green, one red, that is stamped with Reserve Hat Ruh. I did a search and got a youtube video of WWII German Soldiers and a song. I think that's the name of the song. Makes me think this is German. I'll add a photo soon. Anybody come across this type of thing?
