I guess Russian - the top one looks very much like their first attempt at tank-making (based heavily on the FT-17)

Here is the answer, it is about a " Char de Franchissement FCM" 1926/27, Tank of clearing FCM, in fact an amphibian on caterpillars, on this photo it carries a tank Renault NC 2.
This machine tested during years 1926/27 showed itself unfit for military service because of its insufficient speed in the water and on ground) and because of its lack of capacities on banks.

round turret, 100 rifled barrel and space between the 1st and second road wheels, indicate a T54/55. my guess is T 55.

The British built a 'Firefly' that was basically a 6pdr mounted on an armoured lorry chassis. I'll scan & post a picture if I remember.
