How did this end?

Dutch bus drivers aren't quite that lax. If you remain on the bus for just one stop more than you bought a ticket for, they will tell you to get off. It's like they have supernatural memory for it or something.

 

I woke up about 2 am and then got of the bus, fortunatly they leave the doors open in the depots as they are large warehouses. I then just walked out. The security guard who saw me never said anything. Presumably this is a common thing.

The trams once they get to the last stop shout at you VERY LOUDLY over the tannoy until you wake up. Once they got a police man to poke me with his trunchion as I was in a particulary deep sleep.

I have had cases where my mum has tidied and hoovered my room while I have slept on in drooly bliss.

When its been a long night of overly loud and obnoxious heavy metal music and when the alcohol starts to make you sick, you can fall asleep anywhere.

I don't think that is so unusual. If its been a long day and you got to get up early in the morning, you gotta cut corners.

That must have been rather interesting, waking up with a police man hovering over you. "I didn't do it, I swear!!"

 

Walking. On a mountain march. Many times.

Hanging with rope and carabiner on an iron step in a "via ferrata" on the Dolomite Alps (Marmolada glacier).


If you can't sleep somewhere, you aren't tired enough.

 

Once I almost fell asleep in a psychology lesson. Man, they're boring sometimes.
