What do you think are the best overall MBT/AFV's of today ?

    What do you think are the best overall MBT's today ?
    I think it might be the M1A2, or the Merkava.

    I don't know a whole lot on Armoured Vehicles , so I really can't make a judgement.

    There is no best tank, also not overall, most tanks are fairly close to eachother, its more about crew training these days.

    I'm sure this kind of topics have been posted before...

    I, for one, are going to reply to this and actually try to make this situation better, because it's an interesting topic, although probably repeated. Maybe you should change this to a favorite MBT topic, if that topic hasn't been brought up already. A lot of people say the Merkava's at the top of the heap, but I wouldn't count the M1A2 out just yet. Maybe Jeffery's right.
