Apparently the last movie in the trilogy about the American Civil War, the other two being 'Gettysburg' and 'Gods and Generals'.

But was 'The Last Measure' ever made?

    Thanks.

Not surprised. But does anyone know if there still are plans of making it?

My friend is a historical movie actor. He had a role in Gods and Generals and after he saw the movie and discussed with many people, he said there was not much chance of "The Last Full Measure" being made, due to the box office failure of the film. This is all just his opinion, though. We personally would love to see the movie, and produced correctly at that!

I certainly hope so. 'Gettysburg' is one of the most impressive war movies I have ever seen. But, having said that, I must admit that I don't know much at all about the battle.

Any opinions about that btw? Was 'Gettysburg' true to the historical facts?
