    "Size doen't matter" !!!!!!!
I've just put out some badges for re-enactment group and the US badges are about TWICE the size of the new avitars!
One in navy blue on Khaki is 5 1/2" , eagle at top, small medic badge with 'D' on it in the middle and two stripes below, what is it?

It's not about the ranks anyway. Feel free to post if you want to. Nobody is asking or forcing you to attain a higher rank.

    Why not?

The ranks were always American, why should we suddenly switch to another nation? And if so, which one? This would spark so much debate that it's better to leave the forum with its original identity.

Personally, I'd rather be an NCO than an officer. It's a better deal. Remember, if you lose all your officers, your NCOs can still run the show.

Lose all your NCOs, and watch the officers lose their minds! Ain't that right, Merlin??

Speaking, of course, as a retired SNCO...
