I've never heard of this sale, but it sounds very interesting Kai. Anyone else?

If you have a reference to a webpage, but it no longer exists, then you can try the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine to see if the page has been archived. Several snapshots of a page can often be found, and it is also useful when you want to see how a currently-available page has changed over the years.

In this case, there is just one snapshot, dated 15 Dec 2001, but it should hopefully give you a bit of information on Suwalki.

As to the original question, I'm afraid that I don't have an answer.

Great tip Forrest, thank a bunch!

I've used the Wayback Machine before, but just to browse websites I know have gone down. I never thought to use it to get broken links.

I think I'll add the Wayback Machine to the Research Assistance thread.
