There are many more on my Instagram Site. These are family originals that I have scanned.

All these Photos were taken by Robert C Cleveland.

Robert Charles Cleveland was born on April 4, 1918 in Rochelle, Illinois to Orva Myrtle Cleveland and Ralph Charles Cleveland. He attended Beloit College and was enlisted to the First Motion Picture Unit during World War II. As photographer for the 97th Bombardment (heavy) group, he photographed a tour through Italy and the Middle East.

Thank you all for your service.

    I believe that it's a B-18 "Bolo".

Nice photos, Scott. I especially like the one of the soldier watching the flight of planes.

The guy bent over next to Bob Hope is singer Jerry Colonna.
