"Rare never seen before footage" that is so not rare and seen so many times I've lost track of when I first saw it...I know it was in a documentary about tanks back in 1985 and I think bits were in the World at War back in the 1970s. Stills from it also litter various books. Then of course probably hundreds of thousands of Germans saw it in 1944 in theaters when it was featured in the Wochenschau before whatever feature film they were seeing. According to Richard Freiherr von Rosen, the original was filmed sometime between 22 September and 9 October 1944 at Paderborn and show his 3./s.Pz.Abtl. 503, reinforced by some tanks from 1. Kompanie (to make it look more impressive) doing a "dog and pony show" for the cameras.

I wish I could fathom why people think such hyperbole is necessary
