German klappspaten found, info needed

Hey, Newbie here. I tried to find the best sub in this forum to ask and i might have come to the wrong place, sorry if i have. I will then delete this or move if possible.

I found this in a thrift store and other than info gained on facebook and google, i still don't feel like i know enough. And value wise i feel that my current knowledge is a bit too wide. (100-350€)

Could someone here maybe give me info and opinions on my new shovel?
