The muzzle flash is due to the short 19.5 inch barrel. Compare that to a K98 with a 23.5 inch (600 mm) barrel. There's just no way to lose that flash in a barrel of that length, and Fallschirmjager must have been quite blind after the first burst in night fighting. .
I find this unconventionally handsome, though that perhaps says more about a fascination with intermediate technologies than anything else. Knowing what end result is required, but still grasping for exactly what form that should take. Becker Blow-Forward Revolving Shotgun
What is this thing? It's beautiful....I want one, whatever it is! https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10211104237716423
I am not convinced that is an AA-12 in the video Bobby posted. Look at the spacing between the trigger and the magazine and compare it to the AA-12 -- the one is Bobby's video is further apart.
I didn't notice that ! I found another pic of a MPS AA12 on military factory dot com that has a different configuration but still has enough difference to make me wonder now. Bobby's video also has what looks like a bracket under the stock ahead of the cylinder ?
Not really to my taste, but, yeah, I would. Sold at RIA for $46k. Turkish Sultan 1900 Mannlicher pistol. Mannlicher 1900 Pistol 7.63 mm Mannlicher Auto | Rock Island Auction I am a sucker for fitted boxes...
Couldn't think of a better place to put this... Found in a school cupboard by the better half. Imagine introducing a 1911 shaped Clinometer to modern schools.
If a pheasant took flight right in front of me I would be right on it in say......27.8 seconds! .......................Seriously I do not recall seeing a drilling with three rifled barrels of two calibers and a shotgun.
