yes , I found info on Jackie Looper was navy muster on ship LST646 , this is one of the boats at Iwo Jima at one time

I also have the email contact info for Dutch military records that my cousin in Amsterdam sent me. I am so excited that we may find something about our dad’s WWII service. We don’t have any paperwork whatsoever from the Dutch government; we aren’t sure if it was in a box stolen during one of our parent’s moves.
