Lord-Lieutenant Greatcoat

    I have a Greatcoat in my collection which I am thinking of moving on along with a number of tunic jackets, I need to downsize. The greatcoat has a set of buttons for a Lord-Lieutenant with rank of Colonel. I wondered if anyone out there could perhaps give me some thoughts on rarity, possible value and just thoughts!
