    - the Anne Frank house ( it's close to my house )
    - Bastogne, the museum the forest etc.
    - Henry Chapelle cemetery
    - Ardennes cemetery ( that one was very eerie, lots of unknown graves and I was all alone out there. A very special place, beautiful and quiet )
    - a German cemetery across from the Ardennes one
    - Luxembourg cemetery
    - Foy
    - Margraten cemetery, I try to go there as much as I can to visit my adoptive grave and just to walk around, taking it all in.
    - La Roche Belgium, visited the war museum there.

I haven't been to any of the camps in Poland or closer to my house because I'm honestly too terrified to go in there.
Things I still would like to visit:

    - Normandy, ( it's a childhood dream that for some reason always seems so far away )
    - the eagles nest
    - Pearl Harbor
    - Berlin

I will try to upload some pictures of my adoptive grave and other cemetery sites today.
I have loads of them but they're on my phone so I'll try to transfer them to my laptop.

Add to my previous post from 2014.

I walked a good portion of the Fire Line Boundary in Rotterdam last year and stayed on the Wijnbrugstraat not far from:

I would have followed Fire Line more, but I stopped at a fire station near the Maritime Museum and ended up staying there for over an hour and getting the grand tour of the department. Great guys.

All over Oahu and Pearl Harbor, with most of the coastal gun locations, including both the Arizona turret batteries, and dove on USS Arizona and USS Utah. Also have been to Palau, Okinawa, and the Philippines, and Yokohama and Yokosuka in Japan.

In '88, I'd been on a trip through Europe with a high school group, and what stands out that is on topic would be St. Paul's Cathedral in London with the Blitz, as well as the hoverport at Calais, with a German blockhouse just to the east of us. Also in Paris, there was Montmarte Cathedral. There was a plaque on the wall about an air raid just after the liberation, with a full house, where a string of bombs was coming down and suddenly the bombs veered to one side and spared everyone.

Did you get out to the Point to see the remains of the Arizona's superstructure? They're moving those pieces that can be move without disintegrating to Arizona, last I heard.
Haven't been to Okinawa, the others yeah. Visited Palau on Peleliu.

Has anyone visited anywhere in France that still has evidence of pre-D-Day bombing/skirmishes etc?
For example, shell marks in walls of factory or outline of bomb crater near a railway
