Enquiring about German Military Records

Hey all,

sorry if this is the wrong section to post this, but I just had a quick question regarding getting the military records of one of my great grandpas. A few years ago I sent an online application to the Deutsche Dienstelle regarding the wartime activities of one of my great grandparents. Since it took a good few months to get the records in the mail, I haven't gotten around to sending in a second one for my other great grandpa until now.

However it appears their records have been transferred to the National Archive. While they link you to the new site, I'm a bit confused as to which exact page I need to visit to fill out an application or what form needs to be filled out and mailed. The site's translation function is broken, so I don't understand most of the jargon. I'd appreciate any help getting his records (he was in the Heer if that matters), assuming that's even still possible.
