First, welcome to the forum! Nice find!

As you may be aware this document was carried by German personnel that gave a snap shot of their qualifications/training/postings etc. I do not read German but some things did stick out.

The earliest date I saw was January 1940 and last was early 1945, so he seems to have served through nearly the whole war period. Remarkable. The second thing is that he was attached to Panzer-Jaeger detachments or battalions thru much of his service. This was a specialized mechanized/motorized vehicle that usually was a re purposed obsolete tank (sometimes captured) where the turret was removed and the most powerful anti-tank gun possible placed on the vehicle. They had thin frontal armor and no protection above/behind and little to the sides.

While this sounds bad for the crew, it was generally a fast mobile platform that allowed a older chassis to be still a viable weapon and as the was progressed Germany needed everything they could field.

    Hopefully others can offer more.
