Corona Virus - How is that working for you?

I have some older ones, but as of late I’ve switched to what they call “camp shirts”. A much more contemporary version of the Hawaiian shirt.

 

I work for power and water...so I don’t see any time off. The complex is in lock down, it’s already girt by an 8 foot barbed wire fence with sensors...now just one in and out location for non employees. Blessed to have a job.

 

got canned on march 5. they said "no work", i say "china virus". they made me sign an agreement saying i wouldnt sue, they gave me an extra weeks pay.
signed up for employment insurance and have not heard hide nor hair from them. everytime i try to access website it kicks me out. everytime i try to call, its busy.
the 2 grand - you have to apply for.
starts on 6th.
nobody has responded about EI.
ill bet applying tomorrow will be another shit show.
this is fucked up.
china needs to pay. those god damned communists.
only hope left is what Q has said will come about.

 

Unless I'm missing something it sounds like you get $2k a month while taking the summer off just for applying. Probably works out to being paid $1000/hr. Nice work if you can get it. .
