Hey Guys I am new to the forum. Can someone tell me how to create a new post? Besides real cool that you have these replicas but i have an actual usable [STRICTLY OUT OF KIDS HANDS] hand grenade. My dad bought this from an exhibit, cost him a fortune and had to get a licence to own it
[IMG] can someone identify this for me?

I am surprised how cheap they are. I never saw one in green before. Was that more than the other ones? Absolutely be interested in knowing the translations.

Pictured here is 2nd Lieut. George C. Haniotis. He was a pilot flying p38s in the Pacific. He also was the wingman of future MOH Dick Bong. On 11/5/43, while escorting B-24s over Rabul, Haniotis and Bong tangled with a group of Zeroes. When Flight Leader Captain Dick Bong returned to the group, Haniotis did not. On ensuing rescue missions there were sightings of a pilot in a raft but 2nd Lt. Haniotis was never found. He was eventually marked as KIA in 1945. This is just a small part of the grouping which eventually will be put on WW2.org

Just got these yesterday and I cant stop looking at them. Obviously they are deadly pieces of war but if you did not know any better they could almost pass for pieces of art. A big thank you to Rich for helping me with these. I think they look great with my small Japanese display
