I am not saying Hitler had a significant Jewish relation, or violated Nazi blood laws, but he was far from the perfect Aryan Nazi propaganda made him out to be. Indeed as he was born into the Austro-Hungarian empire, perhaps the most polyglot old world 'empire' the probability that he had 'non-aryan' ancestors is quite high in my opinion. Much as any American who can trace their line back to the revolution likely has either Native-American or African blood as part of their heritage.

What we do know is his father Alois was born illegitimately, that we do not know for sure who his actual father (Hitler's grandfather) was and that Alois's birth records were changed well into his adulthood, seemingly to allow him to inherit from his second step-father. We also know that Nazi propaganda went to pretty great lengths to obscure the less savory facts about its leaders and regime from the general public, going so far as to 'rewrite' history where needed.

He believed that the Aryan race originated from Atlantis and Thule, and after those islands were lost, they spread all over the world creating the great civilizations in history, and he thought one of the places where the original Aryans were still existing was in Tibet/India. He was fascinated by Indian literature and beliefs (Even though they aren't white). It's ironic that the Germanic people in Germany were still living as nomads in mud huts while the great civilizations in Egypt, Greece, and Rome were or had been flourishing. I think it came from an inferiority complex.
